We have 1, 4, 16 channels of standalone DVR. The stand alone DVR can be catogorize in three different kinds such as Mobile Stand alone DVR, Stand alone DVR, and Network cabable Stand Alone DVR. The model numbers for Mobile stand alone are DVR-101, DVR-111, and DVR-114. The model number for the standalone is DVR-104. The model numbers for the Network cabable Stand Alone DVR are DVR-R201, DVR-R204, and DVR-R216. For detail and spec of each system, please check out our product page.

| 2. Can any of your stand alone DVR being view remotely? I so, what kind the connection do i need for your DVR-R stand alone DVR? |
Yes, DVR-R201, DVR-R204 and DVR-R216 has network cabablity. Therefore, it can be viewed remotely. If you want to remote view the DVR locally, simply just treat them as a workstation and connetion to you LAN. If you want to view over you LAN, you do need to have internet service. We stronly recommand you use static IP instead of dynamic IP. We also recomand DSL over Cable if you that is the only use for you stand alone DVR.

Yes, you need to open port 8000 and forward to your DVR.

DVR-R204: Default Password is "ZOOM", "SEQ", "ZOOM", "FRZ", "PTZ", "ENTER", "1", "2"
DVR-R216: Default Password is "8", "3", "9", "10", "5", "4", "5"

| 5. Do DVR-R204 and DVR-R216 swtich from NTSC to PAL automatically? |
For DVR-R204 it will automatically swtich from NTSC to PAL if detected
For DVR-R214-when power up, Press and hold "Menu + Arrow Right (->)". when the system boot up, it will show NTSC or PAL at the right corner of the screen
