Please read AMEBA Warranty Policy carefully before following the RMA return instructions below. If you have any queries about RMA, you can contact our RMA department at 1-800-97-AMEBA or 1-888-88-AMEBA.

1. Please fax a copy of the original invoice together with RMA Request Form when requesting a pre-assigned RMA number.

2. RMA number shall be issued within 24 hours upon receipt of completed request form, and this RMA number is good for ten (10) working days only.

3. Please mark the RMA No. on every package to be returned. All returned merchandise must have this pre-assigned number. Otherwise, it shall be refused.

4. Ship prepaid the defective product in original AMEBA packing with a copy of this RMA form and invoice.

5. All claims for incomplete accessories must be made within 7 days from receipt of merchandise.

6. A repair fee will be charged to customer for products that have been physically damaged by users or out of warranty.
