If you see the following warning, the ActiveX control is not installed. You MUST install the ActiveX in order to remote view the camera. Please do the following steps.
STEP 1

Click
OK
on the warning message "
ActiveX Downloading please Refresh
."
STEP 2

Click on
Tools
>
Internet Options
of the IE
STEP 3
- Click on
Security
tap >
Custom Level...
STEP 4
- Scroll down to the option
Download unsigned ActiveX Controls
> Click on option
Prompt
>
OK
STEP 5
- Click on
Yes
to confirm >
OK
on the Security Window
STEP 6
- Click on the
warning bar on the top of the windows
>
Install ActiveX Control...
Then the window will refresh itself.
STEP 7
- Click on
Install
>
IE will install the ActiveX
> You should be able to see the Demo Screen in a Second.
